Return Policy

Women Overcoming Obstacles Together (W2OT) ("we," "our," "us") operates the website www.w2ot.com and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. As our merchandise is fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service, all return requests must comply with their policies.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at empowerwomen315@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.

  • We will review your request and confirm whether a replacement or refund is available.

  • If approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Return Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

  • Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

  • If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

4. Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments are returned to Printful and will require additional payment for reshipment.

  • If you do not have a registered Printful account and billing method, returned orders due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your expense, without refund.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, due to health or hygiene concerns. These items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

6. Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Customers should contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at the customer’s expense. If you wish to provide exchanges to customers, you must place a new order at your expense.

  • For customers in Brazil, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, and the product must be unused and undamaged.

7. EU Consumer Notification

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Personalized or made-to-order goods.

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
